I had a quick play with the Blackberry Bold this evening. The screen resoulution is the best I’ve seen on any phone, and the leather backing is a really nice touch. It took me couple of minutes to work out how to browse, and it actually took longer to browse on the bold. I guess I’m spoilt by Apple mobile Safari, other wise it looks like a great option for non Apple fans. Blog posted on the Apple iPhone.
I’m actually writing this using iPhone Wordpress 1.0 application for the iPhone (OS-2.0). Screen grabs taken by holding down simultaneously power and home button. I’m really excited, finally true mobile live blogging in the palm of my hand, perfect for any special event.
When the 1st gen iPhone was released a small number of apple fans of designers and developers were keen to develop for the revolutionary device. With the world release of the 3g iPhone and similar smart phones it’s difficult to ignore it’s mass appeal. Iphonetoolbox.com offers a great resource for both designers and developers to help create such applications.
